You will be managing the calendar, helping with accounting, keeping the office running smoothly, and helping our client with PA tasks as well, keeping the kitchen stocked, running errands, etc. This is great working environment and they are looking for the right person who compliments the existing dynamic. The ideal person will be proactive, organized, and have a great sense of humor.  You must have great references and ideally you will have experience with Quickbooks. $55-$75K DOE

She is looking for someone who can help her stay on top of things and who is proficient in technology and social media. In addition to staying on top of her personal schedule, you will also be managing the household schedule, everything from scheduling the Housekeeper and Gardeners to handling vendors and household maintenance.  We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail. You will be helping to establish organization and you should have experience with putting systems in place and working independently. The ideal person will have a list of vendors and contacts and will have experience putting together events and dinner parties and making travel arrangements. She is really looking for someone with a great, calm presence who knows how to keep a household and busy life running smoothly. You should be dog friendly and open to some travel. $80-$100K
