Executive Assistant/House Manager in Beverly Hills

We are looking for a Full Time excellent Executive Assistant/House manager to the Estate Manager of a home in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate for this position is someone skilled in administrative and technical skills, detail oriented, and has the ability to multitask daily. Some duties of the job will be performing basic admin tasks, coordinating and maintaining travel schedules, coordinating the schedules of all staff, be on-call in case of emergencies or last-minute changes, attend meetings in the executive’s absence; speaking for the executive, making arrangements for temporary help, storage, etc, coordinating payroll and employment activities with human resource department by utilizing online platforms. Additional duties/projects as needed, such as errands, deliveries, functioning occasionally as driver and overall assuring that the property is held to the highest possible standard. Bachelor’s degree or 6 plus years in a similar role required. A strong math background and fluency in foreign languages a plus. Salary: OPEN
