(CLOSED) Full Time Exec. & Personal Travel Assistant (NY Based)

We are looking for a full time Personal & Executive Travel Assistant for a C-Level Executive. The position is based in NY and you will join a dedicated team of staff members in assisting the Principal and his family in both a personal and executive capacity.

Primary responsibilities will consist of planning, scheduling and organizing the day to day life of an incredibly busy executive. You will be working jointly in a team of assistants to ensure the life of our client runs smoothly and efficiently. Travel will be a large component of this position, including planning/booking/packing and organizing. You can anticipate up to 8 weeks of travel, generally scheduled around school holidays.

The ideal candidate will always maintain the utmost discretion regarding the Principal and his family’s privacy. We are looking for an individual who inherently knows when to make themselves available and present, and when not to. A team-player is a must as you will be joining the ranks of 6 other assistants. We are looking for someone who is polished and professional with a minimum of 5 years experience working as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, hyper-organized and an ability to work under pressure are qualities that will help you secure this position. Bachelor’s degree is required.

When you are not traveling, you will be working out of the office based in NY. The organization is willing to relocate for the right candidate. The salary will be 100k – 130k DOE with comprehensive benefit package.
