We are actively seeking a discrete, flexible, and polished Executive/Personal Assistant to support a HNW principal in the Los Angeles area. The main focus of this role is to manage the daily flow of this individual’s life (meetings, appointments, personal shopping, etc) and organize the day-to-day scheduling and activities of the personal calendar. Position is based out of home office in the Brentwood area and will require someone with an absolute love for the support role. The assistant will work alongside household staff and a number of outside vendors to facilitate logistics, credit card reconciliation and personal errands. Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity (ideally supporting HNW Executives or HNW individuals in BOTH the Executive and Personal assistant capacity).Due to the nature of this role, impeccable references and background checks are required. Must have superior communication skills and must be incredibly resourceful. Must be well versed in Microsoft Office and tech savvy especially with regards to Apple products. Looking for a true career assistant who is incredibly detail oriented, can work in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do, upbeat attitude.
Some duties will include: Extensive travel planning and coordination, contacts database management, extensive calendar scheduling, personal errands, gift buying, coordination of schedules between multiple homes, managing outside vendors and personal/business contacts, and the ability to help coordinate events and parties (this individual entertains often!).

Schedule: M-F, 10-6pm but must be occasionally flexible working outside of that window. Salary will be 75-90k annually DOE.
