We are looking for a full time Executive/Personal Assistant for a businessman based in Hollywood. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a “no task beneath them” mentality. There is room for growth in this position and you will have the ability to work remotely 2-3 days/week. Salary will be 60-75k annually. University Degree required.
Some EA tasks will include calendar management, bill paying, clerical work, light bookkeeping, coordinating travel and reservations.
PA tasks will include managing home staff (chef/housekeeper), cleaning and organizing, caring for dogs.
