Full Time Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO in West Hollywood

We are looking for a motivated and driven Executive/Personal Assistant to a CEO of a thriving start up in West Hollywood that we have placed with before. You will be joining a super fun, tight knit team working out of a home office for the time being; directly supporting a CEO and her organization. This is a fast paced, exciting and creative environment.

This position will be mostly Executive Assistant work, supporting the CEO and her company, but the ideal candidate will have a no task too big or small mentality. Primary responsibilities will include scheduling calls/meetings, signing documents and organizing CEO’s business life. Must work well in a team. Must love dogs. Must be flexible and willing to travel! Significant travel between NY and LA can be anticipated.

Salary will be 80 – 90k annually full benefit package.
