Full Time Personal/Executive Assistant in Anaheim Hills

We are looking for a full-time Personal/Executive assistant to a based in Orange County.

· Provide administrative and business support to the CEO

· Analyze and monitor all personal business expenses

· Maintain all professional and personal files including all active online accounts and subscriptions

· Book all personal appointments, manage schedules and calendar

· Coordinate all aspects of travel planning (transportation, accommodations and itineraries)

· Perform various personal errands: shopping, childcare, pet sitting etc.

· Maintain CEO calendar – plan and schedule meetings, teleconferences and travel arrangements

· Screen phone calls, incoming emails, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO

· Organize and prepare meetings and ensuring that the CEO is well prepared and briefed for the meetings

· Assist CEO with all his personal errands including, but not limited to dry cleaning, pet grooming, house maintenance, etc.

· Compose correspondence; review memos and reports; create presentations and statistical reports

· Organize and maintain files; answer phones; purchase office supplies and equipment

· Submit and reconcile business expense reports for all company business Amex holders

· Prioritize a heavy, fast-paced workload to meet time sensitive deadlines

· Concierge services, making necessary reservations to restaurants, entertainment functions etc.

Mon – Fri 9 AM – 5 PM. 24/7 Mentality. 65k – 80k annually DOE
