Part-Time House Manager in Beverly Hills

We were referred a new client based in the Bird Streets who's looking to rid themselves of some domestic management! This is a family of 5 based in a 10k sq. ft. residence in the Flats. There are various ad hoc projects they'll need assistance with. The ideal candidate will have relationships with vendors to help spearhead those projects. Constructions, renovation and project management experience required. Our clients have 5-6 employees in the residence and would like some help managing the staff (scheduling, delegating, serving as intermediary).

This is their first House Manager and are not entirely sure what the full extent of needs will be, but we're thinking at least 1-2 days on property. We're looking for a trustworthy professional who is already overseeing similar residences nearby and has the capacity to take on an additional client.
