Temp. Summer Chef in East Hampton

We are looking for a reliable and experienced private chef for a fully staffed summer residence in East Hampton. This is a client we have worked with extensively, based in Beverly Hills. Mostly lunch/dinner for 1-2 people, but up to 3-4 dinner parties for 4-10 people per week. Despite the environment being quite high end, principal enjoys eating simply. Comfort foods like pasta, chicken, barbeque, meat balls and big salads. All served family style. Client has support for both prep and clean up. Opportunity for this to become long term at clients town home in Manhattan if the summer goes well. Approximate dates are mid-July to mid-September. Competitive day rate dependent upon experience.
