Live In Housekeeper in Hancock Park

We are looking for a warm and caring Live-In Housekeeper for a LOVELY family of 5 in Hancock Park. Our clients are two dads who work in the entertainment industry with three young school age girls. Our clients are very nice and down to earth people who are kind and flexible. Our clients have two Nanny’s for child-care but are hoping you are comfortable with kids.

Primary responsibilities will be full charge housekeeping of the 5k sq ft home in Hancock Park and light simple meals for the children 3 or 4 nights/week. You will have your own private entrance, room and bathroom.

Core schedule will be Mon – Fri. Our clients primary coverage is needed from 7 AM – 7 PM but there is no expectation of you working the entire time and will be encouraged to take breaks and time for yourself. Salary will be $1200/week.

Full Time Chef in Beverly Hills

We are looking for a Full Time chef for a new client and his family based in Beverly Hills. Our client is an 18 year old recording artist who lives with his younger brother and parents. The client and his family are health conscious individuals but do not have any dietary restrictions or proclivities. The primary focus is finding a professional who’s presence suits the home and family well. The schedule will be Mon – Fri from 10 AM – 6 PM. The ideal candidate will be able to provide flexibility for the family with notice (starting earlier or finishing later), but certain meals will be prepped and left for the family. There is no expectation to travel with the client! Must have verifiable references and COVID Vaccination. Salary DOE, benefits offered after 6 months.

Part Time Housekeeper in Silverlake (One weekend day)

We are looking for a weekend Housekeeper for a family in Silverlake/Echo Park. Our clients have childcare and another housekeeper who comes 1x/week, we are looking for another who can assist with housekeeping duties in their 2200 sq. ft home.

Primary responsibilities will be deep cleaning (base boards, bathrooms, windows, laundry, etc.) Our clients have an 19 month old girl, must be comfortable with children! Ideal candidate will be a self starter that needs limited direction. Must have references, reliable transportation and a spotless background check.

The schedule is Saturday OR Sunday from 6:30AM to 4:00PM. $30 – $35/hour.

Responsibilities & Duties:

This person would play an essential role in supporting the day to day operations of the family.

Candidate must possess the skills to effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities from cleaning, scheduling, ordering, monitoring and completing preventative cleaning schedules. Additional duties include, but not limited to, caring for family pets, and assisting with personal and household errands.

-Maintain day-to-day cleaning of the residence’s interior, ensuring quality and standards are meeting the expectations of the family.

-Must have basic to advance knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment for all types of materials and finishes

-Must have basic knowledge of general household appliance use that include, but not limited to; TV, laptop, refrigerators, stoves, oven, microwave, small appliances, central vacuum system, etc…

Full Time Houseman/Driver in Holmby Hills & Malibu

We are looking for a reliable and industrious houseman/driver for a client based in Holmby Hills, but is living in her Malibu Beach home while renovations are completed. The ideal candidate will have a no task too big or small mentality and can run between residences as needed for various errands.

You will be working with the House Manager to ensure day-to-day ease and making sure the renovations will be ready by next month. Important that you are a dog-lover! Other tasks will include caring for the exterior of the home, vehicle management etc. Mon – Fri $25 – $30/Hour DOE.

Full Time 2nd Assistant in West Hollywood

We are looking for a full time 2nd assistant to an UHNW Celebrity based in LA with two residences here in town.

You will be at the house most days, Monday- Friday. It may be meeting a repair person in the morning, and then working from home in the afternoon. Or running errands part of the day, working from home or the house during the second part. Once the main home is remodeled, the assistant will have their own office in the guest house on the property. Some occasional weekend work should be expected. It may be a quick text asking for a password, connecting with the IT team if the WIFI is down, or helping to set up for a dinner (maybe once a month).

Also, although they’ll be working in the entertainment industry, please understand that there isn’t any crossover. None of this role will involve any in depth entertainment industry duties.

Salary is $90,000-100,000 per year depending on experience.

Coordinating household repairs at parents’ homes in LA (two separate homes). Purchasing house and cleaning supplies as requested by household staff. Assisting with gifting- birthdays and holidays. Taking the dogs to the groomers for appt, keeping track of vaccinations, and appointments. Setting up for lunch meetings. Keeping the housekeepers updated of any appointments at the home. Greeting guests, offering beverages. Keeping personal products in stock at two properties. Grocery shopping. Coordinating household repairs with vendors. Going through storage units/ cataloging (long term project w/first assistant) Detailed AV checks. Making sure TV’s and apps are working. Being tech savvy is a big plus. Reviewing and approving vendor bills. Getting art invoices approved. Keeping art database up to date through Filemaker app. Any experience with art management is a big plus. Coordinating art installs. Alerting business office of new art purchases. Research products for the home. Creating house manuals for multiple homes. Occasional house/dog sitting. Usually handled by housekeepers. Getting house set up for the holidays (Xmas lights, Christmas tree delivered) Create and implement preventative maintenance schedule for multiple properties. Confirming yearly brush clearance is completed at main property

We are looking for two energetic and reliable Full Time Housekeeper for a family of 5 in Beverly Hilly. This is a fully staffed 12k square foot home. Our clients have three children, all of whom have full time Nannys. You will report to the Estate Manager and his assistant. MUST work well with a team as there are two housekeepers currently employed. Schedules will be Wed – Mon or Fri – Tue. You WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO HAVE SOME WEEKENDS OFF as the family travels often to Laguna or the Desert

Responsibilities include full charge housekeeping of the Estate. You will work with a team of other housekeepers. Must be a detail oriented self starter that can take direction but also work without supervision. Ability to cook light simple meals is welcomed. Very occasionally, driving to Laguna to clean the other residence. Very occasionally. $38/hour with full benefits including medical covered at 100%
