We are looking for a vibrant and reliable full time Housekeeper for an older businessman and his golden retriever in Pacific Palisades. The residence is 5800 sq feet, 6 Bedrooms 7 Bathrooms, but majority of the rooms remain unoccupied and only require upkeep. The schedule will be Mon – Fri from 9 AM – 5 PM. Our client may ask you to clean his office in Gardena 1 or 2 days per week.

You will be responsible for full charge housekeeping of the residence. Windows, Patio, Outdoor Linens. Must be proficient with laundry. The salary will be $30/hour and benefits offered after 90 days.

Full Time Live-In Nanny in West Hollywood

We are looking for a loving and proactive Full-Time Live-In Nanny for a busy family in Hollywood Hills. Full Time Maintenance and Engineering Manager in Scottsdale

This role plans and manages all aspects of engineering and maintenance activities for multiple private residences in Scottsdale, Arizona. Responsibilities include: ensuring the property is maintained at a 5-star standard, pro-actively monitor and maintain the property’s equipment, general up-keep of the grounds, and works closely with staff and vendors to ensure timely and quality work. There are significant construction projects in progress and the scope of the operation is projected to double in square footage within the next year.


• Provide management and work direction for a small maintenance team

• Inspect property/grounds on a regular basis to assess general condition of multiple residences; approximately 25,000 square feet in total at the current site and approximately 40,000 square feet in the future location

• Develop preventative maintenance schedules and ensure routine maintenance is completed on all equipment including: AC units, AV system, irrigation, lighting, and plumbing equipment

• Repair and troubleshoot issues including: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, IT, irrigation, lighting, and mechanical

• Regular communication with the Estate Manager regarding the specific and overall conditions of the residences and related systems and equipment; recommend prudent, cost effective proposals for maintaining these systems

• Ensure all projects, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, repairs, replacement and construction/renovation projects, are completed on time and according to specifications

• Provide periodic status updates to the Estate Manager regarding any construction or renovation projects

• Work hand-in-hand with any project managers in charge of the construction or renovation projects

• Maintain relationships with contractors and vendors, and source new providers as needed

• Ensure high level of organization and cleanliness of storage areas and garages

• Maintain detailed inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies

• Maintain detailed records, calendars, checklists, daily operation logs, manuals, etc for as-builds, property blueprints, HVAC program, etc.

• Ensure pro-active preservation of exterior and interior wood and surfaces

• Respond 24/7 for property incidents and emergencies (via cell phone)

• Respond in a timely manner to the Estate Manager, staff, and Principals emails, text requests and phone calls

• Oversee Savant/Crestron/Lutron and other smart home technologies as required

• Some travel to various properties is required, up to 25%

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience maintaining large private estates or resort properties

• Background in overseeing large construction projects with an emphasis on delivering projects on time, and on budget; Engineering/Architectural/Construction background a plus

• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, irrigation, IT, and appliances; certifications in HVAC, plumbing, and pool operations strongly preferred

• Familiarity with Maintenance Connection Program, or similar software desirable

• Experience with hand and electrical tools, wood finishing and carpentry

• Strong relationship and communication skills to effectively partner with vendors, community HOA, and other external contacts

• Strong time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize issues

• Manage by setting example, jump in and help in all areas of the home as needed

• Self-motivation, accountability, use of sound judgment and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the internet is essential

• Demonstrate confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situations


• Spanish speaking skills strongly preferred

• Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs

• Working hours range from 7am to 5pm with occasional on-call weekend work

• Must possess a valid Arizona Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no moving infractions within the past year)

Our client has one full time housekeeper and is looking for additional help 3 days/week. Saturday’s are a must, but open to the other two days (ideally Tuesday/Thursday).
