We have a client based in New York that is looking to hire an experienced Estate Manager to oversee and maintain 4 properties. Our client is looking to hire as soon as possible and priority will be given to local candidates who we have worked with previously. We are looking for a polished individual that can work with limited oversight and can really hit the ground running. In light of recent events, we are looking for someone who has a demonstrated example of thinking creatively and outside the box.

Our client is looking for his “right hand person,” his first line of defense. You will be responsible for acting as our clients representative, managing a small staff, working with vendors and overseeing construction. All four properties are presently under construction and have various projects that need to be completed.

We are looking for a candidate that is not afraid to get their hands dirty, a “no task too big or small” attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience working for clients with multiple properties and verifiable references. Our client is offering a competitive salary DOE.

Hands-on position responsible for ensuring impeccable condition of a custom Newport Beach Estate. Must possess multiple skills sets relating to home operation and personal family support. This individual would perform all housekeeping and daily duties at the high quality and standards set forth by the family. This person would play an essential role in supporting the day to day operations of the family.

Candidate must possess the skills to effectively manage a wide range of responsibilities from cleaning, scheduling, ordering, monitoring and completing preventative cleaning schedules. Additional duties include, but not limited to, caring for family pets, and assisting with personal and household errands.

-Maintain day-to-day cleaning of the residence’s interior, ensuring quality and standards are meeting the expectations of the family.

-Must have basic to advance knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals and equipment for all types of materials and finishes

-Must have basic knowledge of general household appliance use that include, but not limited to; TV, laptop, refrigerators, stoves, oven, microwave, small appliances, central vacuum system, etc…

-Scrutinize residence interior and exterior with an indiscriminate eye, maintaining impeccable condition through regularly scheduled daily, weekly and monthly cleaning

-Perform daily cleaning of vehicle interior

-Must work well under pressure and move at a fast pace. Be able to respond to emergency situations using appropriate procedures and communication

-Establish and maintain open, collaborative communication among family and team members daily through phone calls and/or emails. Provide weekly status updates to the family

Full Time Live-In* Housekeeper/Nanny in Hollywood Hills

We are looking for a full-time live-in** housekeeper/nanny for a lovely family of five that currently lives in the Hollywood Hills but will be moving to Hancock Park in a year and a half.
