This is a really busy office and you will be primarily focused on production aspects. (Schedules, deliveries, coordinating with warehouses, etc.) You should be organized, smart, and quick to pick up on things (there is a lot to learn!) In addition to the Executive Assistant duties, your role will also consist of helping with personal errands and keeping our client on top of things. She is active in quite a few organizations and charities and there is always something going on. You should be great managing a calendar and really great with reminders! The ideal person will have a good attitude, communicate well, and will know how to be efficient and of-service.
