We have an great opportunity for a junior level executive assistant/personal assistant. This position is for a busy family that travels between Phoenix and Los Angeles. For this position you will be located in Phoenix, AZ 8 months out of the year. May-August will be spent in Los Angeles. You will be assisting the EA in managing two properties, as well as the needs of the family. Some duties of the job will include calendar management for the lady of the house and the three children, arranging appointments, assisting EA with all location moves, and helping to manage day-to-day items throughout household and protocols Bachelors degree preferred. The job is a full time position with two weeks paid vacation and the benefit of health insurance. This is a terrific position for someone who has experience assisting, knows how to keep things running smoothly and pitch in where needed, and who is looking to learn more about running a busy, high profile household.
