We are looking for a reliable part-time Office Assistant to assist an Estate Manager working remotely. You will be supporting and assisting both EM and Principal out of a home office in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, knowledge of invoicing and a number of other home/office administrative tasks. The schedule will be Mon – Fri offering 20-25 hours/week. Salary will be $25/hour.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, presentable and trustworthy. We are looking for a person who has a positive “can-do” attitude. A no task too big or small mentality.
Our client (Estate Manager) is looking for assistance as he works remotely. This will be the case for at least another 2 months. If a candidate shines and makes themselves an invaluable asset, this has the potential to turn into a permanent position.
