Full-Time Butler/Director of Hospitality in Bel-Air

We are looking for a service and hospitality driven Butler for an UHNW couple based in Bel-Air. Our client has a fully-staffed 15k sq ft residence in Bel-Air. We are looking for a proactive, front of house Butler to bring five star hotel quality to the residence. By all accounts this is a wonderful environment and a great person to work for!

Primary responsibilities will be concierge/valet related. Ensuring all guests are greeted and met with refreshments. Overseeing housekeeping team to ensure high standards are met. You will be liaising with the chef daily to discuss meals and wine pairing. Overseeing all Food and Bev formal service. The ideal candidate will have a no task too big or small mentality and will pitch in where they are needed. 

Must be willing to get your hands dirty! We are looking for a person of high integrity with a light-footprint. Bonus if you speak French or Chinese! 125k annual salary, full benefit package.
