Full Time EA/House Manager in Mandeville Canyon

We are looking for a motivated and organized Full Time EA/House Manager to a multi-faceted entertainment individual. Our client's EA of three years is a moving on and will assist with the transition. The schedule will be Mon - Fri from 8/9 AM to 3 PM. The salary will be 75k annually with a health stipend after discretionary period. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications. Organized with excellent work ethic. Friendly, approachable, and pleasant to be around. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Gatekeeper of time – manage requests based on the appropriate priority level while ability to make independent decisions. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Iphone/App Technologies as Principal needs assistance with content and socials. 

Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing documents, shopping, arranging deliveries/returns, and updating contacts. Managing the podcast schedule and book team for each episode. Managing the principal’s schedule appointments, and travel arrangements. Running errands such as dry cleaning, shipping/receiving, gift buying, and grocery shopping. Organizing closets and maintain Principal’s wardrobe. Coordinating international and domestic travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel rates, reservations, and car services. Scheduling and oversee household vendors according to the Principal’s direction. Managing the payment of vendors, keeping records of invoices and various monthly payments. Maintaining accurate contact lists for vendors, suppliers and emergencies. Managing daily household items and restocking supplies alongside housekeeper. Keeping track of important dates/birthdays, sending gifts and flowers. Managing tech needs (computers, phone apps, etc.) Must love dogs. There’s a dog in the home, will be walking him. There are horses on the property, must be comfortable around animals.
