Full Time Executive Personal Assistant/House Manager in Calabasas & Westlake Village

We are looking for a responsible Executive Personal Assistant / House Manager to a professional couple with a new 8k sq ft residence in Calabasas and a business with 100 employees in Westlake Village. Clients currently have two landscaping projects underway along with two major events planned for December. Clients recently acquired a residence in Utah with various projects taking place. We are looking for someone who is highly-motivated, a problem solver with excellent organization and time management skills. Prior experience as a house manager/PA a must. Also experience with kids and pets a plus! Our clients have two children in college and two small dogs. Other qualifications of the job include: ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, discretion and confidentiality, proactive problem solver, flexibility and adaptability. Responsibilities of the job include serving as right hand in executive professional and personal matters, managing the household’s schedules and calendars, event planning, organizing, and coordination, arranging appointments for personal and professional needs, scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project, running errands and performing necessary tasks, supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, etc., shopping for food, supplies, and other requested items, some cleaning duties (light occasionally), laundering and putting away clothing, or changing linens.
