Full Time Handyman/Gardner in Bel-Air

We are looking for a full time handyman/gardener for a 10k sq ft residence in Bel-Air. The ideal candidate will be skillful and resourceful. Our client has an arborist and a rose specialist that cover other parts of the grounds, the ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in handyman/gardening work. 

You will be responsible for the exterior of the residence. Cleaning light fixtures & outdoor furniture, washing cars, sweeping walkways. Fertilizing and cutting the grass. All tools and supplies provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience working the ground of private estate's previously. Mon - Fri 8 AM - 4 PM. $40/hour, holidays, 10 days PTO after 1 year.
