Full Time House Manager/Butler in Brentwood

We are looking for a professional & polished Full-Time House Manager/Butler for a single gentleman at his Brentwood home (3500 sq ft). Our client has a dog so the candidate must love pets and be willing to care for them when owner is traveling. The ideal candidate will be refined and professional but will maintain a sense of levity and comfortability. A service-oriented mindset, but easy to be around.

Must have a strong understanding of food, beverage, and service. Ability to work with vendors (pool, house, and garden), but also open to troubleshooting household tasks on their own. The role entails a bit of groundskeeping as the principal lives in a wooded community. Someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. No task too big or small mentality. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule as there will be dinner parties, weekend hosting, etc. Experience with fine art, china and silverware. Training with housekeepers would be appreciated. Organized and efficient. This is a hands-on position; our client is looking for someone with the ability to anticipate needs. Salary is 100K + bonuses DOE.
