Full Time Houseman/Landscaper in Hancock Park

We are looking for a competent, reliable, and autonomous houseman/landscaper to assume full responsibility for a 12k sq ft residence in Hancock Park. This position reports and works in close conjunction with the manager, family travels majority of the year. The grounds are extensive with three lawn areas, AstroTurf, 3 fountains, a drip sprinkler system and various light fixtures. The grounds need bi-annual fertilization, limestone cleaning, painting and touch up jobs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar residence with verifiable references. Light Handyman work needed as well. The schedule will be Mon – Fri from 8 AM – 4 PM. Client willing to pay 70-90k DOE.
