Full Time Houseman/Maintenance Manager in Santa Monica

We are looking for a Full-Time Housman/Maintenance Manager for two adjacent beach front residences in Santa Monica. One residence is a Live/Work space while the other is strictly a workspace. These are busy environments that require autonomous work and a light footprint when needed.  Both require daily maintenance and care. The schedule will be either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday to Thursday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

Duties and responsibilities include maintaining the outside pool area, daily leaf blowing and pressure washing, maintaining the doggie area, wiping down all fitness machines/areas, stocking water, ensuring functionality of all electronics. Maintaining beach front property and ensuring fountains are running, plants are watered. There's also a rooftop area with appliances that need to be cleaned and maintained. You'll be working with an Executive Housekeeper, but must be able to work solo and stay on task.

You'll also be the point person for all vendors. Pool Company, gardeners, pest control, window and carpet cleaners, internet, water, power and fish tank. Salary DOE.
